“Raining Cats and Dogs” is a massively atmospheric Bitsy game: In the role of the dog Jesse you go to a bar run by cats, and very quickly the hatred between the two species becomes clear. Each party feels nothing but contempt for the other. Especially Jesse has a special reason for his antipathy, which especially his ‘adoptive brother’ Sil must endure.
